Fourth Annual Caledonia
Trout Festival 

Welcome to the Caledonia Trout Festival, presented by Meyer’s RV & Marine! Join us for a family-friendly celebration of fishing, community, and the great outdoors. This annual event offers a unique opportunity for all ages to learn about fishing, support local businesses, and create lasting memories. From engaging demonstrations to a vibrant atmosphere, the festival promises a day filled with fun and discovery. We are proud to serve as a leading sponsor, fostering a connection between our community and the rich traditions of the Caledonia region. We look forward to seeing you on Main Street and Pioneer Street, Caledonia, NY, on May 30, 2026 from 10 AM to 10 PM.

10 AM - 6 PM: Fishing Vendors, Appraisals and Artisans -  Pioneer Street and Fire Hall   

  

11 AM - 3 PM: Kiddie Corner - First Presbyterian lawn: Activities for younger children! Face painting, bubble pools,corn pools, sidewalk chalk, picture station, and games.   

  

12 PM - 4 PM: Kids’ Zone - Pioneer Street and Tennent Park  

Catch and Release trout pools (line stops at 3:30PM) - Caledonia Fish Hatchery Staff Bounce Houses, kids’ games and activities, petting zoo and more.  

Casting Demos for kids and adults! Adventures and Art 3090 Main Street – Artistic activities for kids!  

  

11 AM  - 3 PM: Presentations at the Big Springs Museum   

 Keynote Speaker Tom Rosenbauer, renowned fly fisherman who has spent forty-nine years with Orvis, written more than thirty books, and hosts a popular podcast.

12 PM Chris Nentarz, The Ageless Fly Fisher- A Physical Therapist and Educator with 25 years of experience in Orthopedic Rehabilitation and human performance.  If you enjoy fly fishing for health and longevity, this session is for you.   

  

1 PM Ken Kinecki, Western NY Trout Unlimited Wiscoy Creek - 50 years of Improvements - Ken will outline and describe the nearly 30 stream improvements and restoration projects that have been carried out by Trout Unlimited members and conservation partners.

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the Caledonia Trout Festival! We are seeking vendors that offer fishing, trout, or sportsman-related products/services. If you are unsure whether your product fits our criteria, please contact Mary Thomas before submitting your application. We welcome products that "creatively" meet our criteria as well, for instance, using some type of fish or fishing-related theme in the naming of merchandise you have for sale is also acceptable. Note: No political information or topics are allowed. Vendors must provide their own table and tent.

Once you have been approved as a vendor, a payment link will be sent to you. Do not submit payment at this time.

OUTSIDE vendor spaces are 10X10 at $30.00 a space. 


There are also a limited number of INSIDE vendor spaces (in the Fire Hall) at $40.00 per space. (These will be available on a first come - first serve basis.)
